The following sometimes occurs during reiki. They are normal healing responses and responses to relaxation: Needing to move or change position, sighing, yawning, swallowing, change of breathing, stomach gurgling, emotional feelings or expression, movement of intestinal gas, energy shifts, falling asleep.
